Chantel was so amazing!!! I was looking for mod/glam and she really nailed it! We did my makeup earlier in the day, before my event but it lasted all night! It was even cry proof when I won an award later that night.

Chantel was a true GEM to work with! My makeup and hair artist cancelled on me the day before a big benefit event and she turned a catastrophe into a blessing! She arrived on time, with a huge welcoming smile, and an entire set up (she pulls out ALL the stops)! She asked for input and photos for everything before she even touched my face or hair! She was VERY clean (fresh brushes, new sponges , etc) , VERY thorough on coverage (ensuring it was just the right amount for me and that i liked it), and gave me EXACTLY what i asked for with my hair! She even gave me a small travel sized lipstick so i can touch up my lips throughout the night! She was so outgoing and easy to talk to the entire time and was overall a breath of fresh air! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many factors go into pricing such as artist level and experience, complexity of the art requested, product cost (if your artist is using high end products expect to pay more for a luxury experience).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first discuss the event type, then what the client wants their look to entail. After that I like to dive into their skin type, allergies etc so I know if there is anything in particular I need to consider. Then, move on to any other specifics; outfit, hair, accessories etc. That way we can make sure the makeup is harmonious with the rest of the factors.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Arizona Board of Cosmetology Licensed Aesthetician. Through my career in makeup I have also received tons of training and attended Masterclasses with some of the worlds top tier celebrity artists. ☺️
