- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a flat rate for services. This rate includes mileage and travel time that other therapists may charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving a message from the client I generally send a message back as quickly as possible. I ask the client a series of questions which allows me to determine the exact needs of the client before booking the appointment. Once the appointment is booked, I require a picture of the client's identification be sent to me. This is not only for my safety but also for the safety of the new client. If the appointment is booked for a few days out I will send a quick confirmation text the day before the appointment to confirm. At that point I will ask for the exact address of the client's previously discussed location. If I do not receive a text or email with the client's ID prior to the scheduled appointment then I will have to cancel the appointment. I will try arrive approximately 10 to 15 minutes early to set up and give the client time to fill out the paperwork.
