We are all charged $9 to $11 each time a perspective client contacts us with questions. Being a small business I am doing everything I can to keep my costs low. I would like to continue to keep my costs low so I can pass that savings on to you. Thank you for your understanding! **Services offered are for therapeutic purposes only** I offer Swedish, Deep Tissue, Stretching, Aromatherapy, and also Reiki. Please do not contact me for any other services. **I am unavailable to book appointments during the mid to late evening hours or on Sundays. Available hours: Mon thru Fri - 9:00am to 6:30pm Saturday - 1:00pm to 6:30pm **I am unable to do same day appointments. **I do require a photo of your ID be sent to me prior to my arrival. This is for my safety as well as your own safety. **Unless otherwise requested, I will try to arrive approximately 10 to 15 mins prior to your appointment time to allow me time to set up my equipment and to allow you time to fill out the paperwork .

Rhonda did a really nice job for myself and my wife on very short notice. She was on time and very professional while still making you fell at ease. All COVID protocols were followed to the letter. I recommend giving her a call and get a relaxing massage.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I offer a flat rate for services. This rate includes mileage and travel time that other therapists may charge.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    After receiving a message from the client I generally send a message back as quickly as possible. I ask the client a series of questions which allows me to determine the exact needs of the client before booking the appointment. Once the appointment is booked, I require a picture of the client's identification be sent to me. This is not only for my safety but also for the safety of the new client. If the appointment is booked for a few days out I will send a quick confirmation text the day before the appointment to confirm. At that point I will ask for the exact address of the client's previously discussed location. If I do not receive a text or email with the client's ID prior to the scheduled appointment then I will have to cancel the appointment. I will try arrive approximately 10 to 15 minutes early to set up and give the client time to fill out the paperwork.
