- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my prices simple. Basically $1/1min. I charge $20 extra for outcalls I also charge a price I am confident and happy with so you don't need to be bothered with a heavy mind regarding tipping. However if you choose to tip, I will be very grateful
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to enquire regarding focus area, past injuries or present once being nurses. I also like to ask about area that you are comfortable touched such as pectorals, glutes, face, feet, etc. It's great to also know what you do on a regular basis such as biking, working out, training for a marathon, it just sitting at a desk all day. It gives me an idea is the areas that might be causing issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. All the time. I love learning about new treatments I can try and love the opportunity to implement them. I take continuing education classes regularly to keep up with the practice and I am licensed with the Arizona state massage board.
