Nikki Brooks is a spirit-led meditation coach that creates a natural space for healing, guiding you to release what is no longer needed and supporting you as you make space for new energy and experiences. When working with a new customer, I have them complete a meditation intake form to gather more information about them. I also provide guidance on how to prepare for our first session.

I have completed training and received certification as a certified meditation instructor through SuraFlow.
