DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Back in July me and my wife needed to move from Texas to Florida. I did a lot of research and hired a company, which in turn hired this company. We were told that they needed 7-10 days (not business days, but days) to deliver our stuff. So we had them pick everything up 10 days from the day we wanted our stuff to arrive in Florida. On that day we had not heard anything from anyone and I called every number I had for this company and couldn't get a call back or anyone to pick up. Finally someone called me back and said that August 1st was just the first day that my stuff COULD arrive in Florida, and that it could be about 5 to 7 more days. If we were told this I wouldn't have signed a lease on an apartment until I knew our stuff would arrive and save some money. Like most people we didn't have a whole lot of money to waste on a move like this. We went one week without our stuff and when it arrived we had; BROKEN DISHES, BROKEN LEGS ON OUR DRESSER, THINGS WERE CHIPPED AND CRACKED, THE GUYS BROUGHT IN BOXES THAT WEREN'T EVEN OURS AND WHEN WE TOLD THEM IT WASN'T OURS THEY LAUGHED AND ASKED IF WE WANTED TO KEEP IT ANYWAY. THEY LOST OUR FURNITURE AND WE CAN ONLY ASSUME THAT THEY DROPPED IT OFF AT SOMEONE ELSES HOUSE AND ASKED IF THEY WANTED TO KEEP IT AND LAUGHED AS WELL. Now we are in the claims process and can't get anyone to call us back as we do have some questions. It has been a month and we haven't heard from anyone. We filed a complaint with the BBB and they haven't responded to that yet. We are now consulting with some attorneys as we are DETERMINED TO TAKE THIS AS FAR AS WE NEED TO, IN ORDER TO MAKE IT RIGHT!!!!!!

I hired this company to move me from Buckeye,AZ. to PA. First of all I tried to get them to come to my house to give me a better estimate as to the costs( this is the way they suggested that I do it) but as hard as I tried, they wouldn't come out. Instead they gave me a "do not exceed" quote but on the day of the move the price changed and I was stuck because the people who bought my house were moving in on the following day. That was bad enough but I had to store my belongings with them for about a month and when I called to tell them to ship my things, they gave me a date and it didn't get here until days later. When I finally got the things that they decided to ship (because so many things were missing) I was shocked to see all the items broken as well as all the things that were missing. when they got "everything" into the house I realized that my vacuum was not here so I stopped the truck to ask if it was inside and when they opened the doors I found my vacuum as well as my Loveseat and various items that they said they didn't realize were mine ( even though all of my articles had coded stickers on them). I was missing my kitchen table and my air compressor( which the driver said that he actually saw at the storage facility but again didn't realize was mine. That was only the beginning of what I would come to realize was missing. The list is long. As for the boxes marked fragile, every box with this notice on it was damaged and the items inside were broken. I am not exaggerating, every box was damaged as well as the contents. Upon notifying this company, they were very apologetic and promised that the situation would be handled quickly and I would receive my belongings. Wrong again, when I didn't hear from them in a timely manner, I called and kept getting promises. The Manager"Jen" even said that she would go done to the storage facility and look for herself and assured me that she would get to the bottom of this matter. Still no word. I kept calling and leaving messages but never got a call-back. The last time I called I got the message that "this number is no longer in service". I finally called the BBB and reported them. After trying for a month the BBB sent me a message that they got no response from the company and they had done all they could do and were closing the case. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE HAVE THIS COMPANY DO ANYTHING FOR YOU, NO MATTER WHAT THEY PROMISE OR THE DEALS THEY OFFER!!! It cost me $7,200.00 to have my things ruined or stolen.

I cannot even describe all we have been through with this horrible company. We hired a moving company who in turn contracted with this moving company to move our stuff from AZ to Washington state. They picked it up in May of 2013. We received it in September of 2013. Minus my piano, and other belongings which I have email and voicemail confirmation they have it and know where it is. Yet, they refuse to give it to us! They prey on people who do not have money to hire attorneys. They go from one business name to another. One insurance carrier to another. So you cannot get your belongings or money for your missing items or damages. They even urinated in one of our boxes! I suppose because we had been hounding them to get our stuff to us, it was "Their" kind of customer service! I have never heard of Chris sager, Jen was the office manager who has mysteriously disappeared, yet no one can help us. I am filing theft charges with the Maricopa county sheriff;s office. That is about all I can do. I have one bit of advice for anyone who is considering hiring movers. Do it yourself or go with a big name moving company. Do not hire these types of companies, they will steal your things, damage your property or worse! It will be a nightmare!!
