BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! TYLER & JONATHAN are HANDS DOWN THEE best movers that I have ever had! 🌞👊🤗 I am new to Thumbtack and just days ago, attempted to hire a mover before finding Wild west Moving and these gentlemen- and it turned out to be an experience other than desirable- and I did not hire them. After feeling discouraged- I was about to leave Thumbtack and try to find a mover on my own. THANK GOD that I kept looking and He lead me to WILD WEST MOVING!🤗 I corresponded via the app with someone named Tullamore, and informed that I could only pay for a certain amount of time and can I say- Tyler and Jonathan completed so much in the allotted time! I had two big beds that they had to disassemble and then reassemble at the new place, dressers, lazyboy recliner, and a large two-piece sectional- and what seemed to be millions of boxes! When Tyler and Jonathan arrived, they both were so gracious, so kind, so helpful and so professional!! Tyler and Jonathan both had the "work mind" and the work began just as soon as they arrived. No small talk, No stalling, no breaks- just WORK. it was as if they were completely mindful of my budget and valued my time as well. REFRESHING. While Jonathan had the "work mind," Tyler was the "Production Concierge" for lack of a better term. Tyler not only worked, but appeared to organize the job: what things would be moved first, how could we move things more efficiently to stay within my budget, etc and he kept in constant contact with me- while working- informing me of these things. AGAIN. REFRESHING. They both just worked and worked. They did not goof around, take unnecessary bresks, etc. This was wonderful to me because I have read many reviews, even on Thumbtack, of different companies, where it would seem like the company would tell an individual that the job is going to be 3 or 4 hours, and then the movers end up drawing out the time for an additional hour or two, and then- the consumer is left feeling duped because they were told one thing, planned for that one thing, and then- the expectation was entirely different. Tyler was so conscientious. He kept reminding me that he wanted to make sure that he gave me the best service and that he did not want to go over because he was concerned about my budget- so he gave me precise times that he thought that we should stop loading and then head to the new place so they would have time to assemble beds, couches, and bring everything in! WHO DOES THAT??!!🤗🤗👊 I have two big beds and Tyler assembled those beds like he was an Old pro- my son and I have never slept so soundly_ we spent our first night in our new home. On previous moves, I have had the same beds disassembled and reassembled only to find that when it was time to lay down after a long day of moving- something felt off- or the bed didn't feel stable, and of course, I couldn't call them back to repair- so AGAIN. REFRESHING.🌞 I have never dealt with such wonderful young men! I have to admit: when I first saw them, I thought, "oh...these are too young boys... are they really going to work expediently or is there going to be goofing off and all of that?" Let me tell you: both of these young men are wise for their ages, they are extremely professional, and when they come- they come to work! And if they need to speak with you or chat with you, best believe- they are doing that WHILE they're working 100%. I was so amazed- and you had better believe that I'm going to utilize Tyler and Jonathan from Wild West Moving for any and all future moves that I may have! I am sorry for the long review but I had to tell you the experience that I had- just yesterday. Challenge to YOU: if you are in need of the efficiency and professional movers: HIRE THESE TWO GENTLEMEN AND THEN YOU'LL SEE WHAT I MEAN.👍👊

How did you get started doing this type of work?
After moving to the US from New Zealand, I started out working at a few moving companies in Texas and found myself really loving it. When I moved to Arizona this was the perfect fit for me as I had a lot of experience in moving and knew I could bring value to people by focusing on providing the best customer service and performing quality work. We started out renting U-Hauls, and now own a 26 foot box truck and multiple pickup trucks to best serve you.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have helped many different residential and commercial customers move! We have manoeuvred many pieces of furniture through tight hallways and stairwells, having never damaged anything or so-much as dinked a wall. We are very careful when it comes to your home and belongings and take extra precautions to ensure no accidents happen.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It’s essential that your movers are licensed and insured, make sure you ask them about this in advance. When looking at a companies reviews, always filter it so you can see their lowest rated reviews first. That way you can find out if they’ve ever damaged someone’s belongings before, have rude staff, or any other problems that a trustworthy mover wouldn’t have a history of.
