- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and based on the scope of the job, time, and services requested. I offer hourly rates with a minimum, which include professional movers and a truck. Any additional services such as packing, furniture assembly, or extra items not listed may affect the final price. I’m always happy to provide an accurate estimate upfront so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by gathering details about the move, including the item list, locations, and preferred date and time. Once everything is confirmed, I provide a clear estimate and schedule the job. On moving day, my team arrives on time, works efficiently, and treats all belongings with care. After completion, I make sure the customer is fully satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in local and residential moving, furniture handling, packing, and heavy lifting. My team and I are trained to safely move items of all sizes while protecting furniture and property. We focus on professionalism, safety, and efficiency on every job.
