4 kept us informed on how thongs were going.
5. saved the day for us when we found our new garage was not empty. worked with the maintenance man and resolved the issue for us. they went over and above for us to make sure we were able to get into our garage
6. made sure our furniture and boxes were placed where we wanted it.
