He picked up a load of marble tile from a local merchant and delivered to my new condo. He called and informed me of chipped tile that was in the load (not his fault) and even took pictures of these as I could not be at the site. He was very pleasant, communicative, fast and flexible. I am looking forward to hiring him again, it does not get any better than this. Thanks Mike!
