We’ve moved several times over the years as a military family and this was by far our best experience with movers. Very efficient and respectful guys. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is clear and straightforward with no hidden fees. we provide a detailed breakdown so that customers know exactly what to expect on the day of move.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call to discuss their specific needs. If our services are a good fit, we then provide a moving estimate for their job. Upon the client’s agreement, we secure their moving date with a non-refundable deposit.
Twenty-four hours before the scheduled move, we reach out to confirm the arrival time. On the day of the move, we notify the client 30-60 minutes before the movers are set to arrive.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years of personal moving experience including international movings and over 5 years of professional moving experience.
