- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent and fair pricing. Most of our document preparation services are offered at flat rates, so you’ll always know the cost upfront before we begin. We do not charge hidden fees, and payment is only collected once your documents are completed and reviewed with you. We also offer flexible payment options, including installment plans, to make our services more accessible. In some cases, bundled packages (such as a Will and Power of Attorney together) are available at a discounted rate. Our goal is to provide high-quality, attorney-prepared documents at a cost that is fair, clear, and tailored to your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we begin with a free consultation to understand your specific needs and goals. During this time, we’ll carefully listen to your situation, answer your questions, and explain how our services can help. Once you decide to move forward, we’ll provide you with an engagement agreement outlining the scope of work and flat-rate pricing so there are no surprises. From there: Information Gathering – We collect the details needed to prepare your documents accurately. Drafting – An experienced attorney prepares or reviews your documents to ensure they are legally sound and customized to your situation. Review Meeting – We schedule a Zoom or phone call to go over the completed drafts with you, making any revisions needed. Final Delivery – Once approved, we provide the final documents ready for use, along with guidance on next steps if required. Our goal is to make the process simple, clear, and stress-free while giving you peace of mind knowing your documents are prepared correctly.
