- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive in this industry. All events are different shapes and sizes, and I’m willing to work with my clients as much as possible. I do receive my vendors best pricing due to my long ongoing relationships with them. These include, but are not limited to, live music, bar services, kids entertainment, party rentals, catering, more. When working with me you will absolutely receive a very professional, friendly, reliable team.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client I will first email a list of basic details I need to collect in order to get a better idea of the event. Once I have these details we can either speak on the phone or meet in person to go deeper into the details/wants/vision. This conversation will be fun and exciting! I will take everything out of your hands, and off your plate! Once we finalize details I will send a contract. From this moment I will plan your entire event!! I stay In touch w/ my client throughout the planning. Great communication is so important, reaching out to touch base & update them. After all the planning and coordinating, the day of the event will arise! This day I will be there coordinating everything/everyone. My client and their guests will have a worry free beautiful day!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years in the event industry, as well as multiple event planning certificates. Hands on experience absolutely speaks for itself! My attention to detail, and passion for creating my clients vision is my goal. I have joined many, and continue to join event seminars. I am always up to date with the best vendors, newest entertainment, and most reliable teams.
