I am a four-star and four-diamond award-winning chef, and I have been in the kitchen for more than 20 years. I also have been the director of food and beverage for three separate (resort casual) restaurants, including banquets, catering, restaurants, room service, multiple on premise, bars, beverage carts and golf course "grill at the turn" operations.
