Working with Regina was a DREAM! I truly cannot wait to have her come back and help out with organizing another portion of my home. As a recent cancer patient, my energy levels are really low, and keeping up with my now too-big-for-just-us house has been overwhelming. Regina came in and helped narrow down my focus, as well as share tips & tricks to keep in mind moving forward. We were able to get rid of at least five 30-gallon bags of things, and that was just from two rooms! Thank you again, Uncluttered Nashville, & can't wait to work with you again.

Regina and her team are simply amazing. I was in desperate need to find someone to help me move my mom from Nashville to be closer to me in SC. My mom has some medical issues and could not manage the stress of a large move. She had lived in her large home for over a decade and would be downsizing a lot! I couldn’t be in Nashville to help with the entire relocation process so I needed someone to manage the move from organizing, sorting, packing, selling items and cleaning out the house. Regina did it all! She developed a trust with my mother that no one else was able to do. She and mom worked together and in record time the house was packed up and ready to go. We loaded the moving truck and drove away to SC. Regina and her team organized an estate sale then cleared out the house for the new new owners. It was a huge project that Regina was able to simply - step by step until completed. I can’t thank Regina and her team enough! If you need help organizing, downsizing or moving your senior parent across country, do not even think about contacting another company. I wholeheartedly recommend Regina and her team!

Excellent responsiveness and punctuality. Based on my experience, I would consider hiring her for packing. I hired Regina to organize a small pantry that was already organized but had gotten "out of hand" due to my partner not maintaining it. After being in my home for 9 hours, I paid her and asked her not to return. I had to finish the job myself. (Interestingly enough, she kept talking and advising Audrey from keepkempt.com whom I hired to organize my master closet. She accomplished in one day, what I was unable to do in 9 months.) By the end of 9 hours, Regina had left a mess in the kitchen, coffee station, and laundry room where she had pulled things that I had not expected. She categorized items into wire baskets that I was getting rid of and clearly did not "listen" to anything I told her we needed/how we "do" things - despite giving her free reign to work without my interference the entire day - she was hired for her professional organization. It was stressful.

Oh Pam, I thought we had this settled during our conversation at the end of our session, then I saw this review. I felt I needed to explain to future clients who may be reading this the full situation... I would like to point out that you hired me for 3 FULL DAYS of work and only allowed me to work one. The process of a gigantic project like yours requires planning and pulling everything out of the closets to assess what you have. Because it is your stuff, not mine and I don't know what there is. I have been using this same decluttering and organizing process for 6 years and always have had happy clients when the project was completed in the agreed time. As for my conversations with the other organizing team, that you hired at the same time, to come on the same days that you hired me to do the same job, were short and related to YOUR project as they were asking me questions as well as professional discussions between colleagues. During our conversation, I offered to come back and make it right, you declined. As I told you, it saddens me to have a client feel upset and confused about a service I am providing and will always do my best to correct that. I wish I had that opportunity with you. I wish you nothing but the best.
