- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple, transparent and always discussed with you before we start — no surprises, ever. One-time sessions are flat rate and based on your home's square footage and the current volume of clutter or level of clean needed. All sessions include a team of 2 trained specialists. Our base rate is $65/hr per pro for the first 10 labor hours. If additional time is needed beyond your package, the rate adjusts to $55/hr per pro — and we always discuss this with you before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate on Thumbtack, Set up a quick phone consult or you may text or email pictures of your project, schedule your FREE in-home consultation if necessary, discuss and agree on your budget and services your require, schedule your sessions and then you enjoy your space! If you've scheduled a week or so out, we will message you to verify nothing has changed and you still need service. We try our best to accommodate all our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
W have been in business decluttering, organizing, packing, unpacking, and coordinating moves since 2017.
