Working with Regina was a DREAM! I truly cannot wait to have her come back and help out with organizing another portion of my home. As a recent cancer patient, my energy levels are really low, and keeping up with my now too-big-for-just-us house has been overwhelming. Regina came in and helped narrow down my focus, as well as share tips & tricks to keep in mind moving forward. Regina and her team are simply amazing. I was in desperate need to find someone to help me move my mom from Nashville to be closer to me in SC. My mom has some medical issues and could not manage the stress of a large move. She had lived in her large home for over a decade and would be downsizing a lot! I couldn’t be in Nashville to help with the entire relocation process so I needed someone to manage the move from organizing, sorting, packing, selling items and cleaning out the house. Regina did it all! She developed a trust with my mother that no one else was able to do. She and mom worked together and in record time the house was packed up and ready to go. We loaded the moving truck and drove away to SC. Regina and her team organized an estate sale then cleared out the house for the new new owners. It was a huge project that Regina was able to simply - step by step until completed. I can’t thank Regina and her team enough! If you need help organizing, downsizing or moving your senior parent across country, do not even think about contacting another company. I wholeheartedly recommend Regina and her team!

We hired them to move a sectional from a second floor of a neighbors house to our home. They were super professional the entire process. While moving, a couple of scratches got on the wall of the stairwell of our neighbors house. They offered to take whatever measures were needed to make it right. My neighbor wasn’t bothered by it, so no additional work was needed, but just the offer demonstrates a level of professionalism. At the end, they hauled away our old sofa for a small fee. Would definitely hire again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer simply and transparent pricing that you are in charge of! You decide what services you require to complete your project, get in touch and purchase the amount of time fits your budget, SUPER EASY! All Declutter, Organizing or Unpacking/Packing Sessions are $300.00 and include: Up to 5-Hours of Hands-On time at your home or location (1) Organizer* (*For bigger jobs or time constraints, we can add-on an Assistant at our discounted rate of $40/hr) Declutter and Removal of any Unwanted items Space Planning Labeling Shopping Up to 1-Hour *Packing Supplies, Organizing Containers, bins, etc. are NOT included and will be discussed during your FREE consultation. Ask about our JUNK REMOVAL / DONATION SERVICES.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate on Thumbtack, Set up a quick phone consult or you may text or email pictures of your project, schedule your FREE in-home consultation if necessary, discuss and agree on your budget and services your require, schedule your sessions and then you enjoy your space! If you've scheduled a week or so out, we will message you to verify nothing has changed and you still need service. We try our best to accommodate all our clients.
