- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer simply and transparent pricing that you are in charge of! You decide what services you require to complete your project, get in touch and purchase the amount of time fits your budget, SUPER EASY! All Declutter, Organizing or Unpacking/Packing Sessions are $300.00 and include: Up to 5-Hours of Hands-On time at your home or location (1) Organizer* (*For bigger jobs or time constraints, we can add-on an Assistant at our discounted rate of $40/hr) Declutter and Removal of any Unwanted items Space Planning Labeling Shopping Up to 1-Hour *Packing Supplies, Organizing Containers, bins, etc. are NOT included and will be discussed during your FREE consultation. Ask about our JUNK REMOVAL / DONATION SERVICES.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate on Thumbtack, Set up a quick phone consult or you may text or email pictures of your project, schedule your FREE in-home consultation if necessary, discuss and agree on your budget and services your require, schedule your sessions and then you enjoy your space! If you've scheduled a week or so out, we will message you to verify nothing has changed and you still need service. We try our best to accommodate all our clients.

I have been in business decluttering, organizing, packing, unpacking, and coordinating moves since 2017.
