I’ve been training with Danielle for about 2 years and have found her to be a very knowledgeable and committed trainer. I started training once a week, as part of a group session, really enjoyed the variety and challenge she put into the sessions and then took on personal training sessions as well. Danielle makes every session challenging and fun. My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more push ups and core exercises. She has done very specific work to help me strengthen pelvic floor muscles as a result of issues from childbirth and I’ve had incredible improvement as a result, even more so than when in physical therapy. Danielle is also fun and easy to talk to and has gone above and beyond to work within the busy schedule of a full-time mom with a part-time job. It is also worth noting that in interacting with my children she has been kind and patient with them and they both adore her, giving hugs and kisses and sitting in her lap. She is extremely reliable and punctual and is always prepared ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned, but can make accommodations easily and readily as needed. She ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. I really look forward to my workouts with Danielle and thoroughly enjoy working out in both an indoor and outdoor environment and cannot recommend her highly enough!

Danielle's upbeat personality makes working out fun! She kicks my butt all with a smile. I love that she really focuses on form & helps me correct my form when needed. Her workouts are never the same, which I love! I highly recommend training with Danielle. You'll be sore, but you won't be sorry!

Danielle is an amazing personal trainer. If you want to have the most challenging yet rewarding workout of your life, then Danielle is for you! She takes care to understand your workout goals and needs and comes up with personalized workouts for you. There’s always a good variety, and you will definitely see results if you put in the work. I cannot recommend her enough! Get ready to sweat - she won’t let you slack! 😁

Working with Danielle, I’m in the absolute best shape of my life. I had knee and shoulder pains prior to training with her and within a few weeks of training all my aches were gone. She pushes me to try my hardest without making me do things I’m physically unable to and always has modifications so I can still get in a great workout even if I can’t do the full movement. I lost 25lbs with a large diet change and training with her and am able to lift more than I ever have before. I can’t thank her enough for helping me be the healthiest version of myself!

I worked with Danielle online taking classes and in person doing some private personal training. I always felt confident in her ability to assess what I needed and help me follow through with my plan. She was extremely supportive when I found tasks difficult, offered me an alternative exercise. I thoroughly enjoy working with Danielle and would recommend her to anybody any age at any level.
