I cannot praise these guys enough, I was scheduled with another company that failed to communicate, confirmed an appointment and never showed up this was a gift to my mother who was eagerly waiting for this to be done, I contacted these guys and within an hour Michael was at her home doing the installation. They were prompt, they were thorough, they were prepared, and had everything she needed to complete the work order for each television.. OnSite, you guys are amazing!!!

From the moment I messaged the company on Thumbtack to the arrival of the tech, has all been such a positive experience. Very communicative and responded in a timely manner. I got a tech to come to my home the next afternoon after initially messaging about replacing our iPad screen. The tech was super friendly and helpful. Work was done great. Will definitely use them again and I love that they come to your home and don’t add on any hidden fees and are still less then some stores to fix your electronics!! Thank you so much!!
