- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to work with my customers. Of course, as a freelancer, I have a price in my mind for every project I take on, but I am understanding and flexible when I need to be. For videography, I usually have a flat rate for the entire project depending on the length and amount of time in post production. For photography, I usually charge hourly or a session fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with new customers in person before I start working with them so that I can personally understand what there vision is for what ever they are seeking. I like to engage with my customers, to really understand and provide what they are looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned a Bachelors degree in Film and Photography at Northern Arizona University.
