Pool Innovations recently complete our pool remodel, and we are very happy with our new looking pool surface, waterline tile and decking! What I liked was their transparency on the pricing. Carmine was great and didnt try to upsell me. He just listened to what I wanted and gave his price. Randy was great too and talked to me about the progress when he stopped by to get the progress payment checks. Rachel was very responsive, and kept me up to date on the next steps and when the work crews would arrive. Each of the work crews that came out to the house were very polite, and worked hard to get the job done right. We had mini pebble, new waterline tile, and our decking resurfaced. It all came together and looks fantastic!

We have not been able to use the pool yet, but the pool looks incredible. Smooth install process. Craftsman were extremely clean as well. Highly recommended based on our experience. Tropics Blue looks awesome!

From Carmine to Rachel to Randy, and the 2 teams of workers, everything went beautifully (the first one was extra awesome doing the tile (Im sorry I cant recall his name, grrrr) and all that chipping, etc), really fantastic guys. Respectful of my dogs. Second team loved my cats. I love animal lovers like this crew. The whole team was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and great to work with. We chose pebble tec to re-surface our diving pool with, and its looking wonderful. We also had them give us a Baja shelf for the dogs to have easier access, which turned out great as well.We are over the moon with our new pool, and look forward to using it this summer. We are grateful to Pool Innovations for the. best. experience. ever.Extra shout out to Randy for going above and beyond!

We are the only Pool Contractor that posts our pricing on our website under the "specials" tab. We offer special package pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first qualify the job by speaking directly with the customer by phone, scheduling an onsite (FREE) estimate and providing a written proposal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 35 years experience in construction trades and specifically in swimming pool and spa construction and remodeling. Licensed and bonded in Arizona for 18 years.
