Process Serving
I contacted Gary to serve some Small claims papers. Gary was great - he got back to me in 2 hours, and had the job done in just a few more for me. That's service. Not only that but he made the process extremely easy, and most importantly - HE KEPT IN TOUCH. He let me know everytime something happened. Just an awesome experience and it couldn't have been easier!

Process Serving
Gary was absolutely amazing! He called me right away, explained the whole process to me and served my papers the following day! He even came to my work to pick everything up and meet me in person. He filed everything with the courts as promised and made my life so much easier. I would recommend Gary to anyone and everyone. His professionalism is one of a kind!

I think Gary was a lawyer in a previous life. He has vast knowledge of the legal process saving me lots of time.Had the Sheriff try to serve an LLC closed due to virus. Sheriff made 7 attempts. Gary picked up docs 2pm Thursday. Served by 2pm following Friday

Process Serving
Gary was extremely professional and very experienced. He guided me through what needed to be done in order to serve the defendant and helped track down contact information in order to serve him. He continued to follow up with me and kept me informed of what's going on until he successfully served the person. I will always use Gary and I highly recommend him to anyone who may need an excellent process server.

Process Serving
I was apprehensive about hiring a Process Server for the first time. Gary contacted me very quickly and was upfront and straight to the point about the process and cost and put me at ease. He served the docs with no issues just hours after our first conversation. I would highly recommend Gary!

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Flat fees based on Mileage from Cactus and Tatum in Phoenix. 0-10 miles = $55 10.1-20 miles = $85 20.1-30 miles = $125 30.1-40 miles = $175 40.1-50 miles = $235 Over 50 miles is negotiable All Fees include 3 attempts **NO "RUSH" FEES** Each additional set of documents served to a seperate party in conjunction with the original documents at the same address is $25/set.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I meet with the client to go over the documents to be served, take the address of the person to be served including any description of the person, vehicle or location. I then make sure I have the clients phone number so I can call them once the person has been served and to provide updates while attempting service. I also get an email address or fax number so I can provide the client with a copy of the Certificate of Service once I have filed it with the proper court. Lastly, I take payment for the service and go out to serve the person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I initially worked for my sister-in-laws Family Law Practice before she became a Superior Court Judge so I was taught by the best. We are required to complete 10 hours of Continuing Education, annually, and I'm always reading updates to the law.
