I've been living in the same place for 7 years now and atlas took over the property a few years ago and everything has been wonderful, I've had some issues with employment lately and the management team ESPECIALLY Sarah has been truly amazing and helpful during this difficult time and even a few months prior as well when I had to leave for a few weeks because of a death in the family. Sarah has always been helpful sending messages asking if i need anything and has been very efficient at getting back to me in a timely manner. Hopefully soon I'll work out these final issues with my employment and I'll be back on track with everything but it's honestly thanks to sarah and the property team here in colorado springs.

Atlas has been a real pleasure to work with the ease of renting the house and moving in with the help they give in their programs it made it very easy financially.We are given people that will directly work with us on the issues that pop up with the Home and other things, we were given the pleasure of working with Sarah, who has been absolutely incredible With solving the issues rapidly, I couldnt have asked for better help.I would definitely rent with Atlas again they are Very thorough and very responsive to any issues.

Been with Atlas AZ for a year now. They have been great and promptly. They always have new innovation and initiatives to improve the experience and welfare of their renters. Such as reorganising and creating the resident offsite resident support team to care for the resident need gor each cluster. The maintenance requests are responded promptly, at times, it was completed before the scehdule appointment. Glad I am renting with Atlas.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Atlas, our goal is to create management agreements that are mutually beneficial, fostering success for both our clients and our team. We look at each property individually and create customized pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we begin with a call to gain details of the property, client goals and discuss our services. Then we like to walk the property when possible and complete an analysis of comparable properties in the area. A quote is then created and presented to the client. Once we reach an agreement, onboarding of the property will begin.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personally, I have over 20 years in the property management field. I've held various roles from on-site sales, regional management, training, marketing and growth for multifamily and single family portfolios. Atlas is an Owner/Operator. We own and manage our own properties and look at each property manage for you through an owners perspective.
