Goldenwest responded to my request very quickly. They were extremely professional and they described to me exactly what I can expect while working with them. During the search for our home, Chantel was very accommodating. We had several special requests, and although some of them were not available, after detailed explanation, I understood why. She is very knowledgeable of rental rules and regulations that I wasn't aware of. Every time I needed a question answered, she answered the phone or answered my text in a timely fashion. There were some hick-ups along the way, but not because of her efforts to get things done... The vendors hired, or the utility companies, lack of follow through are out of the company's control, and I understand that. She truly is the right person for the job and because of her friendly and helpful personality, it was a smooth transition.

Roy called on time and listened to my needs. Unfortunately, GoldenWest does not provide what I needed. It is a long term propertymanagement company while I am seeking one that does short term (30 day to 6 month) or vacation rental propertymanagement. Roy was extremely helpful in discussing that side of the business with me, and even offered to recommend a company in my area of Arizona that can satisfy my requirements. I would recommend Roy and GoldenWest Managment for anyone who needs a long term propertymanager. I respect their honesty and professionalism !

From the very first phone call to GWM they have been a pleasure to work with. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether you're a first time landlord or experienced property investor, we begin by thoroughly discussing your needs. From there we create a tailored, custom leasing plan which highlights the things that matter most to you.
Once you choose GoldenWest as your property management company, we will schedule professional photography and begin to create high quality marketing for your property. Within 48hrs, we will have your home listed on over 40 paid and organic websites including Zillow, Trulia, Rentals.com and the MLS.
Our licensed property managers will conduct all the in-person showings, thoroughly screen prospective applicants, and work to have your home rented to "A" rated Tenants within 2-3 weeks time.
Once your home is rented, our team ensures your property stays in top condition with regular home inspections, a 24/7 maintenance hotline, and a dedicated manager. You have access to full reporting and accounting to guarantee you're never in the dark about your property's status.
