- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process typically commences with an exploratory call to ascertain your objectives in engaging a professional property management company. Subsequently, we conduct a concise property assessment, which includes an initial estimation of potential rental income. Following this, we will establish your management and accounting profile within our proprietary software. From this point, we will initiate marketing efforts to attract prospective tenants and proceed with the comprehensive, ongoing full-service management. Our aim is to ensure this process is as seamless, transparent, and autonomous for you, the property owner, as is feasible. We endeavor to manage all demanding aspects on your behalf.
