My name is Jeff Rothenberg and I’m the co-founder and co-owner of Propel Property Management. We have eight years of property management experience and we’re excited to be growing in Arizona! Whether you have a long term rental, a short term rental or you’re evaluating both options, I believe that we’re the perfect partner to make sure you maximize your investment while also protecting the condition/value of your property! We aren’t too big and we aren’t too small. We leverage technology as well as any large company you’ll find. You’ll be able to use our Owner Portal to information your regarding your property in real time, our tenants are able to report maintenance issues 24 hours per day and we have an automated iPhone home inspection software that supplements our in-person inspections; however, we’re also small enough that all owners and tenants have access to the company’s owners.
