    All my dealings with Chrys Francis have been professional and done well. On the other hand I believe her employee Kim is stretched a little thin in covering all the basis. I say this even though I can verify that I have seen emails from Kim late at night. ie. an indicator that she is stretched thin

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fee structure is straight forward and not complicated or convoluted. There are NO start up, junk, hidden fees or TENANT fees. NO bank fees. We charge a flat easy to understand fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take the time to educate our client. We painstakingly review our paperwork and procedures including our online and other streamlined services. We are very communicative and work hand and hand with our clients, tenants and vendors.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes - Through the Department of Real Estate, National Association of Realtors, Arizona Association of Realtors, National Association of Residential Property Managers and the Institute of Real Estate Management.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My Father was in property management. In 1984 he asked me to manage a four-plex for him and it took off from there.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our portfolio includes a range of customers including but not limited to; Homeowners looking to move and rent family home, first time investors, foreign investors, military and public service providers active and retired, savvy real estate investors, union workers, family trusts, inherited properties, partnerships, LLC's, corporations and more.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We are particularly proud of all of the community service that we're involved with.. Most recently, we contributed to Boys Team Charity- North Valley Chapter as they built a Garden for the Desert Mission Food Bank Nutrition Outreach Program in just 2 days. In addition, we worked to revitalize the playground for St Vincent De Paul Watkins Center. Please see our calendar of events for upcoming community events that Ashford supports!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look closely at accounting paperwork and ask for and check at least 3 references of current and past clients.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Do your homework. Don't get duped by long contracts with no out.....Don't get socked with hidden fees.... ...Don't go with a company that charges TENANT fees! ....Don't get enticed by what seems to good to be true.....Changing your property manager is easy.
