Jason is an awesome kind man who is very attentive to repairing of all of our maintenance requests. He's done well with the bedroom door, cleaned up after the debris, double checked the window blinds, and fixed our pantry doors. He's very good at explaining how fixing the repairs work and good at making plans on the repairs. Thank you Jason for fixing and responding to my maintenance requests. ^^

Mary is as very helpful in helping us find a new renter for our home in Surprise. She brought a couple people through and one of them we were able to sign a lease!
