We have two main pricing plans that will meet a clients needs. For larger portfolio's, we can customize a plan.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out about the clients property and exactly why they are looking for a property manager and what their needs are. We will send information about our services and pricing via email and happy to meet at the property as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Arizona Real Estate agent plus owner of the company.
