I had the privilege of working with technician Aaron Everett and all I can say is OUTSTANDING and PROFESSIONAL. Aaron was punctual, met me with a firm handshake and listened intently to what I was trying to do with my whole house water filtration system installation. Before doing any work, he carefully explained the estimated bill to me and answered all my questions. He even made a few suggestions that only made the installation more efficient. On the day of the installation, he said he would be at my house at 6am and he arrived at 5:55. He was able to knock out the project in a little over 2 hours from start to finish. I was so greatly impressed with his knowledge, skill, and unending professionalism. He and Flow Tech Plumbing will be my technician/Plumbing company of choice moving forward. Aaron and Flow Tech are 5 star from start to finish. The company’s communication is timely and effective. I worked with Christine who was also fabulous and so very helpful. These folks know the value of good customer service. I’ll be a customer for life.

Diana was able to get me put onto the schedule right away for some plumbing upgrades that my family and I were considering. The first technician who came out to our home, Paris, did a great job of putting together three packages ranging from budget to premium. Being able to see cost-breakdown by task really helped us make our decision. After discussing it with Paris and then Diana, Consta ended up adding a hot water recirculation pump, new ball valves, spigot, mixing valve, expansion tank, home filter-water softener, a return line with drain, pressure-reducing valve, and everything in between. It was very impressive. I would recommend this team to anyone needing a large overhaul of their plumbing and plan to hire them again should the opportunity arise.
