- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In the roofing and remodeling industry this is very difficult to do. In most cases, we need to see the project and/or repair and talk to the homeowners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Listen and understand what the client wants or needs. 2) Propose solutions. 3) Discuss the best options and pricing. 4) Write and sign the contract. 5) Receive the deposit and schedule work. 6) Finish project and review. 7) Collect final payment. 8) Sign off on warranty document.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
