Disconnect on confirmation of appointment. Upon arrival, did not bother to inspect the roof but rather visually “guessed” at it and left promising to send me a quote next day. Never received the quote and his guess at the problem was false by the next inspector who claimed on the roof and showed the issue with pictures. We did set an appointment personally and arrived within the appointment window setup with this customer. This customer would not let us view the leak inside the house. This provides us with valuable information about the size and scope of the problem. We discussed various potential problems with tile roofs. For instance, it may be coming from the cracked stucco around a window. The customer wanted us to run water on his roof to find the leak. I referenced to him that not only was that an unsafe method, but would likely cause further damage. It was obvious from our conversations that we felt that it would not likely be a productive relationship. We ultimately decided to pass on working for this individual. We have a almost 50 year track record of great service in the valley. Family owned and operated the entire time.

Lisa, we were very embarrassed about the mix up in scheduling. The problem was on our end. We were texted back and forth and I confused you with another customer.
