- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients who pay the full balance at the start of the project will receive a 5% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an initial call to go over goals and find out information about the needs of the company and the marketing. Additionally, I go over timeline and budgets. As I begin work, I email updates on the process multiple times per week and send drafts prior to publishing or submitting any materials. Once i receive feedback, which can be done over the phone, video call or through email, I will adjust as needed and continue to monitor and check in as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I majored in Journalism at the University of Arizona and have a Master’s Degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communications with an emphasis on Social Media from Georgetown University. I also have been Google Display and Google Search certified.
