Art and 2 assistants showed up when they said and performed the work agreed upon in a quality conscious, timely and efficient manner. I had some 20 year old drip lines that had been patched over and over again for the past several years and that is no longer an issue. Found out he also does many other jobs around the house that an inexperienced person might want to avoid. Thanks Art
