We had a fairly big project of tearing down a load bearing wall, redoing 1000 square feet of flooring, replacing windows and completely redoing the kitchen from scratch. We had six companies come out to bid for the project that sought out our work on the thumbtack. Of those companies, only a three gave us quotes. We chose Venus because their quote seemed to be the best and we really liked Narsay (the company owner). From the outset, he was highly communicable and friendly. As project progressed, we were highly impressed that their focus on our project and communication never waned a bit. Any texts, calls or emails were almost always responded to within minutes. Over the span of the 5 week project, Narsay and his dad, Sami, were on the site all but two business days. The end result was an on-budget, ahead of schedule project that exceeded all our expectations. Any concerns we had were addressed to our satisfaction along with their guarantee that they will continue to back up their work even after the project was done.
