Jason Robinson says, "Last year Sun Tech replaced my AC compressor and was dispatched through my home warranty company OneGuard. They failed to secure the power wires to the compressor and one of them rubbed against the refrigerant pipes to the compressor eventually contacting with the conductor and burning a hole through it, purging the system. The tech that was sent from another company showed me this and advised OneGuard of the situation. OneGuard is covering the repair but I'm on the hook for the refrigerant, over $1000 out of pocket when I already had to pay that last year when the compressor was installed. Been living in a 100F house for days now because someone couldn't be arsed to spare a ziptie or two.*****FOLLOW-UP*****The folks at Sun Tech stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park making things right with me. They came out promptly once I brought the issue up to their attention. There were a few hiccups getting things back up and running due to the age of my system but Sun Tech got me up and running better than before even. The home warranty guys were terrible however, next time just skipping them and going straight to Sun Tech for my hvac needs."See more

Later when I was working in another state my wife was home and our AC unit went out and because of the good relationship on previous project, I called and asked Lincoln to help us out and they installed a new unit and then went over and above and ran a new duct into a hot spot the house always had before. When I returned home the next week everything was taken care of and was better than before. My wife and I are appreciative. Thank you Lincoln and the service techs that came to the rescue."See more

He found items that had potential to be highly dangerous, fire hazards, and energy overuse that were missed during a professional home inspection. We used their suggested ductwork cleaning company who were incredibly thorough as well. Jacob returned to install a slow start kit to our AC which dropped the amps used from 115 to 28. We immediately asked him to add on another slow start kit to the downstairs unit which dropped from 115 amps to 50. The saving in electrical bills will be exponentially higher than the cost of this kit and I couldn’t be more pleased and relieved to know the shorted wiring has been replaced and out home is now safe."See more
