Jay came out to take care of my pump when it wasn't working. I had a few companies come out and everyone was trying to sell me a new pump without taking the time to diagnosis it, some over the phone before diagnosing it! Jay let me know that it may be a small issue but didn't want to give me false expectations without coming out onsite. He is an expert in his field and I did not need a new pump it was just a part that he had in his truck. I will recommend Prominent Pool Care to my friends and family!
