We needed our waterline tile replaced as we were starting to lose tiles and they were ugly as sin. Humberto with Alvarez Pool Plastering responded right away and came out same-day and provided a FREE estimate (which apparently not many companies do anymore). His quote was extremely reasonable and he was willing to start the next day (friday) but we chose to wait until Monday so we could use the pool over the weekend. He quoted 3 days but they would have completed the job in one day except the tile store was closed due to the holiday. But they drained the pool, removed the old tile and had it prepped for the install on Monday and came back and installed on Tuesday. Entire job took 8 hours but was spread over two days. It's now Wednesday and our pool is filled and looks amazing. He also provided a quote for full resurfacing which we will likely do over the winter. We're very happy with the entire process and will definitely use them again!!

We needed to have the spillway tiles on our pool replaced. He was great! Showed up for an estimate on Monday and was able to find similar tiles (original pool was built in 2000) and did the work that same week. We were very happy with the result. I attached before and after pictures
