New filter is installed and working as expected. I had a DE filter installed but prefer to use cellulose fiber as I think it works better. I did have to get a pad for the filter as the previous filter was just sitting on the ground and there was some additional plumbing I had to purchase. So far so good with the filter. Price was good and the installed it when scheduled.

I called Cory after purchasing a home that came with a lot of unfortunate surprises regarding the pool. I was under a real time constraint because I had tenants ready to move in within days. Cory responded to my call immediately and identified the issues and repaired them at a fair price. He even managed to drain and clean the pool within that time frame. He explains things well and is very personable. The whole experience was handled so well. No disappointments here!

In under 10 minutes, the remarkable Brandon repaired a problem that I couldn't get other pool repair companies to look at, and for a cost much, much less than I expected. Honestly, I cannot imagine ever using any other pool repair company, nor can I understand why anyone else would. Simply the best quality, knowledge, rapid response time, total professionalism, and a cool sense of humor. 10 out of 5 stars.
