- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, we are in constant contact with all of our manufacturers. We have scheduled training for all of our repair and service staff many times during the year. This is for refresher information on some of the existing equipment and chemistry as well as training on any new products that we carry. Our staff receive the most up to date information on the pool products and equipment in the industry.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are looking to find someone to repair your pool or spa equipment, it is always best to find out how long they have been in business, are they licensed, are they a warranty station for the equipment that you have? Making sure that you hire someone reputable that has been in the industry for years will help prevent some of the many pitfalls of using a "fly by night" pool company.
