- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At this time. if I do not travel to a customer, my fee is 90.00 dollars an hour. I will meet clients in my home for a half hour at $45.00. There are many combinations of time to work with either on the phone or in person. I have done Skype calls as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a structured interview and outline a goal or coaching plan. The first session is all about discovery and trying to clarify the issues and resolution of the issue. I keep notes on all my clients. I prefer to meet at least once a month
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 plus years of Family Support Professional Service with various social work agencies in Phoenix, AZ I Possess a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, from Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff AZ. I possess a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling form Argosy University, Phoenix, AZ I have a 1000 of internship in my field, but do not have a license as yet. probably next year.
