You should be ashamed of the way you installed that doggy door!! And then to have gall to charge me $100 for such shoddy workmanship! The bottom fell out after the dogs went thru it 2 times, it should have been braced underneath, you should have replaced the insulation around the edges. You made the hole too big so the screws were not installed in the proper holes, 2 of the screws are stripped, and the one you jerry-rigged outside is ridiculous!! The only reason I called on a handyman to do this job is because I didn't have the tools any longer to cut the hole in the wall, or I would have done this job myself!! Well, I've now fixed all of the problems you left me with, thanks for making me realize that I just need to hire a professional, or do the work myself!! I guess it's so true, you get what you pay for!!!
