FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $250 for photoshoot sessions. Each one is an hour long, with 10-13 photos digitally delivered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss what they'd like out of the photoshoot first. What setting and style they're going for. Examples: Indoor, outdoor, urban, nature, office, etc. Casual, professional, etc. I like to shoot around sunset, and I try to be as flexible as I can with scheduling a day that works for the client. The shoot itself is always fun! I'm always trying new things, and trying to get photos unique to the client. My turnaround time is about 2 weeks for photos, however that can fluctuate to somewhat longer depending on the season and other shoots I have going on. I usually get a few delivered within the first two days for a sneak peek.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from film school in 2012, and have worked as a filmmaker for 7 years (while doing photography the past 2 years). My background in cinematography has made me detail oriented when it comes to light, and I often try to get motion out of the image when possible.
