We worked with Tom to install a utility sink and replace galvanized steel water pipes throughout our house. He was great to work with - communicative, answered all our questions, and did quality work. He also went above and beyond by helping us choose a sediment trap system for the utility sink which will be in a pottery studio. Well definitely hire him again!

If we could, we would give this young man a 10+! He responded to my phone call, listened to my concern (leaking disposal), and scheduled an appointment with me. He actually arrived on a Sunday with tools and skills in hand ready to work. Our disposal, our main concern, was replaced within an hour. Tom tested the line to insure there were no more leaks.He then check our bathrooms for another concern. We are so very satisfied with the excellent service Tom offered. In addition, he is a very friendly person, listening to our concerns and explaining what he could. He said what he did not have an answer for immediately, he would find an answer and get back with us. We highly recommend this company and Tom for your plumbing need.

Relief! Tom came in and located the leak which was ruining my downstairs ceiling! He not only fixed that leak but also took care of another potential problem while he was here. I have an older home and he located parts that were not at my Home Depot or Ace Hardware. What I love is knowing who will be coming to my home since Tom owns Elevated Plumbing. With other companies I never saw the same person twice and often went through 2-3 of the employees for the issue. It's great to have a connection with a master plumber who truly cares and is competent in all areas of plumbing! We are so grateful for Tom and Elevated Plumbing!
