- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates for new systems are always free. Service Calls & Diagnostics - $75.00 Repairs - All Repair quotes are provided upfront and most of the time are a flat charge that includes parts, tax and labor. Pricing for the most common daily services and maintenance is listed on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a free water test (hardness, chlorine, total dissolved solids) We will than provide you with an estimate and options for treatment of the water.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
1. If looking for a new system think about what you want to achieve. (remove scale / drinking water / remove chlorine etc.) Each system does something different. 2. Be aware that in most cases if the there is already a loop pre-plumbed by the builder the cold side of the kitchen sink will not be treated by any whole home system and you should consider a point of use filtration system under or at the kitchen sink for drinking and cooking water. 3. If looking for system repairs or services, try to provide make, model # etc. to the technicians can be better prepared upon arrival.
