- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on the individual's vision, as well as the scope of the design, whether that is a custom site from scratch, a site redesign/upgrade, or minor tweaks to a site. With that being said, we don't believe in tacking on hidden fees, and prefer to give you the total cost up front. From monthly hosting to site maintenance & cost, we give you everything up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We fully believe in providing a complimentary consultation to find out more the scope of the projects as well as what's needed for the client's personal vision. The first step in our process when working with new clients is to learn more about your company, and your goals for this project. From there, we create a mockup and send it over for you to review. Finally, we sit down together and go over any changes you'd like to see made. Once you're happy with the final result, we send you the link to take over the monthly hosting, and you're good to go!
