The staff were very friendly. I am disappointed that the rate they give is for general lessons that only touch upon the very specific reason I set up a thumbtack request. Getting the lessons I actually wanted would have been way out of budget, so it seemed very misleading.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each student's course depends on what they feel comfortable investing, both time wise and financially.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our philosophy is to tailor our instruction to each individual student or couple. We provide a complimentary 20 minute sample lesson to introduce our teaching method, and asses the comfort with which our students learn. We then provide a consultation based on the student's ability and desired outcome.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Arthur Murray System has been continuing refinement for over 103 years, and is used by over 300 studios worldwide. The Phoenix location is under the direction of Holly Udy-Meekin, a graduate of Duke University, and former competitive dancer in American Smooth, Rhythm, and International Standard. Holly is also a certified master examiner with Arthur Murray International, and the National Dance Council of America.
