He was very quick and willing to wash many windows . I had then done only outside but I think if I also had done inside it would be less work for me. They looked awesome.

I posted a picture & description of a "job" on Thumbtack & to Diamond Doors & Windows regarding my broken window. The owner, Landon responded back right away & scheduled to come take measurements that same day, Monday @ 11 am. He arrived on time & made his assessment. As he was leaving he advised he "would send an email with the quote later that day." I told him that I "wouldn't contact additional companies for quotes as long as he DID want to do the job." His response, "I appreciate that." He handed me his business card, asked that I text my phone number & email so he could send the quote & schedule the job. I texted my email & said thank you within 5 minutes of him leaving. It's now been TWO DAYS & I HAVEN'T HEARD a WORD from Landon 😡! If you don't want to do the work then don't bother responding when a customer posts about a job that they need done!!! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, Landon! When you or any contractor are "bidding" for jobs through to a service like Thumbtack, keep in mind....ALL YOU HAVE IS YOUR WORD & YOUR REPUTATION! And in turn, reading reviews is ALL that a potential customer is going to rely on when making a decision to either "hire" you or someone else!!!
