Kara's presence as a guide (teacher, space holder, leader, whatever it may be) feels like a familiar type of love. In yoga classes I've taken with Kara, there somehow is the presence of both gentle light-heartedness and sacred intention. I can tell by the way Kara takes care of her students that she not only takes us seriously, but she respects herself without taking herself too seriously. If that makes sense to you as a person who moves their body, especially as a yoga practitioner, you know the rareness of someone who balances a cultivation of play with a sense of deeply honoring oneself. Kara has had that quality long before she was a teacher, it's obvious, and it's beautifully palpable through the work she does!

Kara is an excellent yoga teacher. She is knowledgeable about the human body and poses. Kara delivers, calm, but powerful classes. She also creates a fun atmosphere!

The class I took with Kara was so soothing and relaxing. She moves at a wonderful pace and guides you along every step of the way. Even over zoom, it felt like we were having a class in person. I highly recommend her as a yoga instructor!

When I started working with Kara I was new to yoga. Her attentiveness, patience, and the way she was able to assist me in learning the importance of yoga for my body and mind was absolutely amazing. She is impressive in a multitude of ways as a yoga teacher. Her classes consistently challenge you to push yourself, as well as find space to relax and let go of stress from the outside world. The way she teaches truly impacts you spiritually, mentally, and physically. I’m so thankful to have met and started working with Kara!
