Introduction: Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Moonchild Healing Collective and my unique approach to healing through yoga, assisted stretching, reiki and life coaching. Yoga is much larger than just physical postures (asana) and can be supremely transformational if you’d like it to be. I incorporate several tools during our session including sound healing, aromatherapy, crystal healing, etc. I also offer reiki and life coaching as tools to help you come closer in alignment with your healing goals. If you are looking for more advancement in your physical practice I also offer one-on-one assisted stretching and can incorporate physical therapy techniques to help with improving posture, flexibility, mobility, and strength. Sessions can be gentle/therapeutic, active/challenging, or a good combination of exactly what your body and mind need. During our sessions you’ll gain strength, awareness and flexibility of the body. During a Spiritual Life Coaching Session you will be guided into your own internal awareness with grounding/breathing exercises, thought provoking questions, and deep self exploration to answer questions to your own areas of improvement. As someone who personally benefits from talking things out, Life coaching is a supreme tool to help you feel empowered, clear and in tune with your personal alignment. Kiara was truly AMAZING! I had her conduct a yoga session at the Airbnb I rented for my family/friends for my Birthday. Kiara was the perfect yoga instructor to set the right tone on our wedding day. We scheduled her for a private group session for the morning of our wedding, calling out that there were all different skill levels and that we would like to finish right in time to watch the eclipse. She communicated quickly and arrived promptly even though our venue was a bit confusing. The lesson went smoothly and ended right on time. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am more than willing to work with anyone's budget to make yoga accessible to everyone! Private yoga sessions typically run between $75-$150, but feel free to contact me and we can make it work for you and your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to have new yogis fill out an assessment to get a better idea of where they're at - physically, emotionally and spiritually. The assessment covers basic knowledge like any injuries, sensitivities, down to emotional/spiritual experiences. From there we'll chat the first 15 minutes of your sessions to see where you're at, how you're feeling and things you'd like to work on so I can customize our practice together specifically for you. Each session will be different and unique to you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 500-hour certified yoga instructor who specializes in Hatha yoga. I use aromatherapy, sound healing, and intuitive guidance to guide you through your yoga practice.
