- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am more than willing to work with anyone's budget to make yoga accessible to everyone! Private yoga sessions typically run between $75-$150, but feel free to contact me and we can make it work for you and your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to have new yogis fill out an assessment to get a better idea of where they're at - physically, emotionally and spiritually. The assessment covers basic knowledge like any injuries, sensitivities, down to emotional/spiritual experiences. From there we'll chat the first 15 minutes of your sessions to see where you're at, how you're feeling and things you'd like to work on so I can customize our practice together specifically for you. Each session will be different and unique to you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 500-hour certified yoga instructor who specializes in Hatha yoga. I use aromatherapy, sound healing, and intuitive guidance to guide you through your yoga practice.
