Introduction: I’m new to Phoenix and happy to teach yoga here! With thousands of hours of teaching experience, my goal is to give you a yoga practice that is both invigorating and calming. I strive to pair the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga while adjusting instruction to your level. It is my intention that you leave class feeling uplifted, peaceful, and empowered so you can carry those feelings into every aspect of your life.
Other instructors might cost less than me, but I guarantee a quality instructed class that emphasizes proper alignment in YOUR body.

Jenny was great! She instructed me and my bridal party on the morning of my wedding and even brought her sound bowls. I would definitely book with her again!

I have been doing yoga for nearly 15 years starting at the age of 50. Jenny has had the biggest and most positive impact on my practice. Her flows, cueing and coaching are thoughtful, challenging to all, and designed to meet you where you’re at and encourage improvement. There aren’t words to adequately describe how much Jenny means to me but I’ll do my best. I’ve been her student for several years now, and Jenny is a staple in my life. She has not only been an amazing yoga teacher, but mentor and friend as well. I think many of us, at first, keep coming back to yoga because it feels so good. But Jenny’s teaching took me deeper & further into the practice by showing me not just how great yoga can feel, but how it can transform my life. She masterfully weaves yogic philosophy into the asana in a way that is seamless and accessible to all. She facilitates a space where I feel safe to explore outside of my comfort zone, deepen my awareness, & she does it from a place of unconditional love & support for her students. There’s so much I can say about why I love Jenny, but I’ll say one other thing: Jenny is special because she, too, is an enthusiastic student of yoga. Her passion for yoga radiates and touches each person she meets, because she shares her own process of learning & growth on the yogic path with her students. As a teacher myself, she’s been a guiding light (and major support) in finding my own voice & path. Thank you for everything Jenny!

Jenny is an amazing person and yoga instructor. I’ve learned so much from her, she checks your poses and corrects you. I enjoy her classes a lot and her inspirations. I always leave her class calm and relaxed.

Jenny is THE BEST yoga teacher. She is creative and knowledgeable and kind. She utilizes her knowledge of anatomy to enhance her yoga sessions.
