Very fast and courteous service. I'm 8 months pregnant and dealing with a move by myself, had to rush and pack some random stuff just to get down to Phoenix. They helped make it fast and easy and even offered help cleaning up after packing the truck. Also very reasonably priced and good quick communication via email, text and phone. Will likely use again when I get the rest of my stuff after baby is born.

I only needed them to unload my container into my home. Mike was great. His employees, not so much. I have found boxes marked Kitchen in the kitchen, living room and garage. I have found master bedroom boxes in the living room. I even had garage boxes in the living room. I took the time to put neon labels on my boxes to make it easier but it appears that was too complicated for them. They also broke one of my dishes; it can be replaced for $35. The dish managed to make the 1800 mile trip and 6 months of storage before being dropped in my garage. On the positive side, they did take the time to lay pads on the floor and door threshold for protection. They did assemble the furniture I requested to be assembled and they did it correctly. They were kind and respectful. All in all, I will manage to muster thru the boxes and eventually find what I need. I am grateful I did not have to unload the boxes by myself.
